Nails Trend Salon Policy
Welcome to Nails Trend! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our salon policies below:
1. We reserve the right to refuse any service.
2. Appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome if available. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to wait or reschedule.
3. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in future bookings being blacklisted and denied.
4. We accept cash, cards, and Zelle. Full payment is due after service. Clients are required to confirm service pricing with the technician, receptionist, or salon manager before service begins. Once agreed upon, the pricing is non-negotiable.
5. All services are non-refundable. If you're unhappy, let us know before leaving so we can fix it. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be presented at the time of service.
6. Children under 10 must be supervised and remain seated unless they are receiving a service.
7. We do not perform services on open wounds, infections, ingrown nails, or contagious conditions. Please inform us of any issues for your health and safety.
8. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
9. Free fixes are available within 10 days for lifting, chipping, or breaking with the same color and design. After 10 days, a fee may apply.
10. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you're not happy, we'll make corrections using the same color. We're not responsible if you change your mind about the color or service—confirm before checkout. Color changes after checkout will be charged as a new service.
